Awesome trees!
Stunng shots!
These pictures are fabulous!
I want to jump in one of those kayaks and just cruise down that beautiful river…sounds so refreshing. It’s only 106 here again, today! Longest hot streak in 3 years! Thanks for the virtual cool off 🙂
Aren’t those kayaks the coolest! And the water was so calm! I am so sorry for you triples! We have a cool off this week to 99. Triples start in the next day or two….but I still must say (quietly) not as bad as last year yet! Jump in sister! The water is fine!
Looks like an interesting place to visit.
That it is! But only if you like beauty, mountains, rivers, shops and friendly folks! 😉
Paula, are you guys finally in CO? The photos rock sister. A newbie you are NOT. Looks fantastic!
We are not there right now. This was from August….I’m just day dreaming again!!! Thinking COOL! 😉 I have a new camera lens since this trip…..calling me, calling me… 😉
Can’t blame you for dreaming of such a place. And listen to the Lens! 🙂
Will do! ♥
We love this place!! Have visited there more than once 🙂 Beautiful pictorial account of your visit!! Thanks for sharing 🙂
That is awesome,Dottie. The little shops and friendly people were intriguing. We want to go back. We met some folks that moved there from Woodward, OK. All because they visited there once and fell in love with it. 😉
those out of the way places are the best…shhh-it ruins it when everyone finds out….
haha! you are so right. finding this town by “accident” was unbelievable for us. it was that great…
Beautiful Pictures Paula 🙂
Thanks, Juliana ~ we found this town “by accident” and fell in love with it. Lots of little shops covered in mountains AND water. We will go back!
Beautiful photos. There is a big part of me that would love to live in a small town — and your photos are just some of the reasons why. Thanks for sharing.
I have lived in both…..but most recently small towns….you miss some conveniences, but you gain so much, too! Appreciate the visit! paula ~
