When you walk through a storm
Hold your head up high
And don’t be afraid of the dark
At the end of the storm
There’s a golden sky
And the sweet silver song of the lark
Walk on, through the wind
Walk on, through the rain
Though your dreams be tossed and blown
Walk on, walk on, with hope in your heart
And you’ll never walk alone
You’ll never walk alone
Walk on, walk on, with hope in your heart
And you’ll never walk alone
You’ll never walk alone

Beautiful song.
One of my favorites…..
So touching! ♥
This song always speaks to me.. 😉
Love it and it’s so appropriate!
Thanks, Diana…. so much hurt…but so much hope.
Singing along.
♪ ♫ ♪ lovely voice, too ♥
Great old song! I have family in Broken Arrow – so glad they are all fine! Thanks for the post:)
I am so glad they are okay as well! Sure am ready for the calm…
Really beautiful song. I went to YouTube to listen to it again and was sidetracked by Elvis Presley singing it. So touching.
I recall the first time I heard this song. I was an itty bitty thing in a great big church (in my eyes). A choir…robes and all….sang that song and I never forgot it. That may be when I fell in love with music. Elvis singing this song….magical ♥
Beautiful words………
♥ Do you remember this song from the choir at Trinity?
I love it. Thank you for sharing it.
Russ
Thanks for stopping by to share ! 😉 paula
Perfect! I can feel you drawing from the peace you carry in your heart, despite the circumstances. That first photo of the stormy sky is an incredible photo. oxo
Thanks….there is so much anxiety in our state right now. But we must look for the positives ♥
The song is something special… but that top photo is blowing me away at the moment… that is top stuff… great capture…
That one was moving away from us, Bulldog. It touched down a few miles away. Sure ready to be done with this stuff for while. 😉
That is song of my favourite songs and is inspirational in its words and meaning.
It has definitely been one to move me forward on many a day.
I agree totally! ♥
Your photograph of the clouds is so powerful.
Frightening…..and captivating as well. Rain today…but a gentle one so far!
Wow – that song brings back such powerful memories. I hope you and your family have been out of the way of the terrible storms that have swept across Oklahoma.
That song has comforted me many times. We all have gone through many storms in our lifetime. It’s time for some clouds with silver linings for you OK folks.
Love sentiments, Delores….central Oklahoma is so deserving of a break! ♥
There are many repairs to be made to my parent’s home. It was damaged by the two recent tornadoes. It will take a while…..but they will get there.
Beautiful sky shot Paula – really lovely
Thanks, Lorri. It was just there. 😉
