There’s something about a Sunday drive…
listening to country music on the radio…
leaving all of your cares behind…
even if just for a little while. ♥

Soooo true! This is the very Best time of year for it 🙂
Great minds….it’s like we’re sister or something?!?! 🙂
The colors are so vivid.. We get some turning but not like there.
This is a great year for color….some years it’s just dead leaves! 🙂
Looking from the photos it was definitely the perfect day for a Sunday drive. Thanks for sharing.
A little chilly….a little cloudy…yep…a good one. Appreciate you ♥ paula
so true, except that country music bit! Love that last photo with the side view mirror!
Awww…I may convert you yet! haha!
my daughter has been trying for years!
haha….I know….redneck woman. 🙂
Beautiful pics – the leaves are finally turning here in California…thanks for sharing!
This week is supposed to be “peak” time for color….enjoy the color explosion where you are! 🙂
Beautiful, thanks for taking me round! 🙂
Appreciate you!
🙂
Ohhhhh, I want to go on a ride through the trees with you. Love that first photo. Thanks!
I would love for you to go with us, Delores. 🙂
Such beautiful shots. Clint and I didn’t get to take the drive we wanted to and ended up spending Saturday at Sulfur. It was a beautiful day, but not much color in the south, and the Little Niagra was bone dry! 😦 But all and all, it was a pretty day good for walking and talking. And good for Clint to kick Horse Apples at me all day!
Just getting away for the day is what matters, Darla. Good for you!
thanks for your tips. I wish we lived closer to unique things like you and Marv. I love that you go somewhere interesting every week.
This will happen less often til after January….lovely retail life. You guys have great places too! I’d be hitting the Arbuckles and Mt. Scott if I lived where you live!
Love the photos that came with that little poem 🙂
Thank you 🙂
Beautiful photos. We’ve also been out and about for an afternoon of admiring the turning of the leaves on back roads. I love this time of year.
Thank you Sheri ~ It’s always been my favorite season….but then…there are special things about every season. 🙂
Country music isn’t really my cup of coffee, but I absolutely love long drives through the countryside 🙂
🙂 I guess as long as you enjoy the drive….that’s all that really matters! ♥
Nice.

But there’s nothing, really nothing to turn off”
