I watched this just after I started yoga. Someone I know was so inspired, he started yoga as well. Dropped 35 lbs in a short time and gained mental strength. #nevergiveup !!

What a great story! Thank you, Paula, for the little lift. This was the little nudge I needed to get going to the parking garage. I have been trying to get into the habit of climbing 500 steps a day, and I’m home alone today, and it’s so COLD out…but I will go do this right now, because you inspired me to do so!
I found this so inspirational as well! But I don’t think my knees could handle that many steps!! Be safe! And go away cold weather!
