I LOVE the extra hour of daylight, but I have little appreciation for the week of sleep adjustment my brain is about to go through. HaPpY SuNdAy, friends! If nothing else, work in a nap sometime today. You’re probably gonna need it!

I’m sleepy too!! A nap is a certainty this afternoon 🙂
You are like me though, Dottie, if you take a nap, you’ll never get to sleep tonite!! 😉
When I was growing up, Sunday afternoon nap was tradition. I’m happy to say I proudly carry on that tradition:) This morning wasn’t too hard getting up at 6:30, because I get up at 5:30 during the week. Tomorrow may be another story- we’ll be rising at 4:30 (old time). Hum – not ready for that! I say this twice a year “why don’t THEY just leave our time alone!!” I wonder if THEY hear me.
Sunday naps were always happening at our house too UNTIL insomnia set in a few years ago. Now I try not to nap so I can eventually go to sleep at night. I agree with you…..just leave it be!
I agree! Why don’t they just leave it alone?! We only “fell back” last November. I do enjoy the extra light because I work best at night these days. So, I’m more apt to be productive later now.
So we are agreed….we simply won’t change back in the fall?
definitely!
