You captured beautifully this end of summer feeling!
awww…thanks. It is sad to let summer go, isn’t it?
nice
🙂
Beautiful photos!
thanks ~ too much to capture there! Happy Sunday ♥
Oh I wish I could go for a Sunday drive with you…such great scenery you find and capture! I hope you have a peaceful Sunday also!
If your ears were ringing earlier on Saturday night, you should know I was trying to ‘cure’ my kiddo’s hiccups with the white horse trick. I failed! I could barely keep a straight face – am going to have to read your post again, I must have missed something! My son was laughing at me, so it was a fun moment, all was not lost! xo
NW Arkansas has so much beauty! As for the hiccups! You need to keep a straight face, be direct and offer quickly….as to catch him off guard! You crack me up! Better luck next time!!! 🙂 (at least your son doesn’t think you are a witch!)
I will have to try again!! Can’t use the horse though, he’s on to me. The look on his face, trying to figure out what in sam hill his mother was yapping on about horse for…hard to keep a straight face!! I am determined tho..
Maybe ask him how many girls he kissed this week? That might do it! 🙂
Hahaha…THAT’s a perfect question for an almost 9 yr old!! Perfect..now I almost can’t wait until he gets the hiccups again! 😀
me too!!!
I love the photo of the barn! 🙂 The texture is so pretty!
thanks….I love old barns and this particular one will soon be gone, I’m afraid. Malls & stores are closing in on it. 😦
such beautiful photographs…..
ty 🙂
They’re beautiful Paula, you’ve become quite the photographer 🙂
Happy Sunday to you too…
I will never be a “real” photographer….but I sure enjoy making the attempt. Good Sunday to you! 🙂
As always, beautiful! Kind of takes the sting out of last night’s ballgame (that made Malachi’s birthday so happy-LOL)!
Thanks….and too bad about the game…..they’ll get it figured out. Oh Chi….he loves to torture….ugh!
BTW! I love the start of your blog! Excited! ♥
Lovely photos. Hope that your Sunday is great too~
thanks ~ you, too!
Thanks for another visit to the country…it restoreth my soul. Beautiful photos!
Glad you liked, Delores. So many more, but I just posted a few. NW AR is beautiful. I must go back in the fall!
Nice shots – what part of NW Arkansas were these taken in? Looks familiar.
Bella Vista and Rogers
Gotcha – I’m in Eureka Springs – thought it looked like the area around Rogers
Awww…love ES! We were there in the spring. And guess who forgot to recharge her camera battery. Ugh. Lovely area…..have been there soooo many times. Lucky you!
Man – ES with no camera – that’s tough:) I am lucky to live in this sweet spot. There are so many beautiful spots like those you shot in the Ozarks – the barn made me think of some I have seen over near the Buffalo.
I know….I’m sure you can imagine the withdrawals I had while there! That barn is near the new Cabellas in Rogers. I fear it is short lived.
We lived in BV several yrs ago. LOVED it. Wouldn’t mind living in that area again some day. Happy Shooting!
Lovely photos!
thanks a bunch ~
Welcome!
