And so It Begins ~

Delicious autumn! My very soul is wedded to it, and if I were  a bird I would fly about the earth seeking the successive autumns. George EliotI do not have words to describe the feelings that fall brings.  The ever-changing colors, the chill in the air, the majesty of it all~  So I will simply chase the leaves with my camera and see what I might capture along the way.  I’ve said it before and I will say it again…..HaPPy FaLL! ♥

Hubby is so used to hearing “STOP THE CAR” by now….:) Thanks and have a great weekend!

      • “Stop the car…” Hoo-boy. My husband as well! He tells me that I usually yell this where it’s completely impossible to stop 🙂

      • stuffitellmysister says:

        ummm….yes….I get that a lot,too. like yesterday….on the two-lane curved road! 🙂

and the engineer our train ride was TOTALLY uncooperative with my “stop” requests! ha!

I love it, too! As fun as summer is…Fall has always been my fav! Planting bulbs for spring and fall mums and pansies. Fall festivals gallore. Pumpkin hunting. If it just weren’t leading to winter….we’d be all good! 🙂

Never experienced autumn before but I hope someday I shall. From your beautiful pictures, like you I would want to be a bird any day

  12. I am so with you girl! I love this time of year. I was wondering the other day – when I saw hundreds of little black birds on the power lines; it was a bit chilly that day – do they gain any heat from the lines? Because if they don’t, you would think it would be warmer in the trees instead of swaying in the wind.

The night I’m supposed to be packing to leave…..
just a short stay away you see….
I’m sitting here with gobbling eyes,
stuffed full of the most tasty words and sights
    that blogging brings,
    the best amongst which
I’ve found are your autumn things…..

thank you for visiting my blog and for this brand new connection : )
