Sounds yummy and will probably try it at some point this winter, but today I’m trying Trisha Yearwood’s Chicken Tortilla Soup that she fixed on her show this morning. Wish you were here to try it – it makes a lot!

The soup is wonderful and best of all, very easy! I don’t care for kidney beans so swapped those out with pinto beans and I used a little less chicken than called for, but those are the only changes I made and it was very good. Makes about 5-6 quarts, so start with a big pot!
