To Beat the Sun

I don’t know what it is about a sunset that grabs me. Yet it does. Every time.
I head outside to run the dogs, and am stopped by the grand display in the sky.
Back inside I go….grabbing camera, purse, car keys…..yelling to hubby…..”I’ve gotta hurry to beat the sun, do you wanna go?” He always says yes.  *smile

I love a sunset too – and have been known to drive like a madwoman to get to a vista to shoot it. Great pics.

    Fabulous sunsets, Paula.

  11. Sunsets, for me, are more beautiful than the sunrise. Although both are necessary.

  12. You’re a woman after my own heart… I have like a million pictures of sunsets. I can’t see one and not take a picture of it 🙂

Love your photos , always. But today, kudos to your husband are in order!

  14. My preference is Sunrise as it spells new beginnings.
    However, sunsets are fabulous too.
    Thanks for the photos.

    Beautiful 🙂
I like the dawn though…I mean I like both, but dawn just makes it higher on the ladder by a hair..hehe.

Love the light blues, the dark blues and the pinks with fluffy cotton clouds of the dawn 🙂
