Look Who I Found in the Ozarks!

fall vacation lorri

When you enter the Ozarks, there’s a reason they tell you to BUCKLE UP. The roads wind and curve in every direction. Perfect for pretending you are a race car driver. Not so perfect if you get motion sickness or are afraid of heights…

fall vacation lorri sharp turn There are many wonderful thinkers, photographers and writers in this blog world.  Last year when I became acquainted with The Eff Stop’s photography, it didn’t take more than a second to recognize that Lorri’s talent was much deeper than her fabulous eye.  Her humor, story telling and love of animals brought a heart-felt connect.  I just kinda figured we would meet in person one day.  Last week on our extended road trip…..Hubby and I were blessed that our road connected with Lorri.  And while we could have been ax murderers, for all she knew, she was brave enough to have lunch with us….and then meet again later!

Such a pleasure to meet Lorri in person. There are so many friends out there we’ve yet to know.  So many treasures just waiting.  Just follow the road before you…..or maybe even take a little detour…

Have a great week and be nice to people! ♥  www.theeffstop.com

I’ve met my share of axe murderers so I was pretty sure I was safe with you guys 😉 it was so much fun to meet you guys, I’m so glad you made a stop in my neck of the woods. As for that glowing endorsement, do you take credit cards?

Great post about friendship that happens … along the way.
One of my best friends I met on a dating website for about 10 years ago .. the world is truly small at times.

    • Let me know how when you win! 🙂 Wouldn’t it be fun to dash from town to town….country to country….or better yet just ONE. BIG. PARTY!

Fantastic….your 10 yr friend….again….when we don’t box ourselves in, good stuff happens!

Hope you are feeling better today, ♥ psb

      • I’ve told you before, you should visit after the summer months. Right now it is perfect here in the desert. Then you could drive on to Jeannette’s in cool central CA. Wouldn’t it be fun to have a huge stuffitellmysister reunion and meet all the people we read after? I love riding through Arkansas…thanks for reminding how beautiful it is. xxoo

      • You and Jeannette have the same idea, Delores! What a party we could have 🙂
