Happy Day ♥
Hey Paula…I FB passed this on to my Tulsa area family! Great idea to post it:)
Thank you! Maybe their recruiting department should hire me?!? and you? 🙂
Yes…we mean business !
truly!
I am SO willing to relocate and have been called a workhorse! What I lack in retail experience I make up for with my million dollar smile and fundraising experience!
You are HIRED…well…if it were up to me! Plus we’d get you a “few” degrees warmer. 🙂
This is a great way to try and find the perfect person for the job!!!! Good luck to ya’ll!!!!
You just never know who may be on the search! Thank you!
If I thought for one minute that Rich would survive in retail, we’d be on the next bus. 🙂 I hope your dear hubby gets help soon!
Thank you, Maddie ♥
You forgot to add that he is the most wonderful man in the world and would be awesome to work with! 😉
Awww….and then there’s that. 🙂
Aww what a shame it’s a bit far for me to relocate! Perhaps I’d get the people in just to hear my weird Aussie accent? Good luck with your search, and I certainly do hope you find a committed and hardworking new addition as they are harder to come by these days – although it certainly looks like you are finding them here 😉
Well I for one would be drawn to your awesome accent!! Appreciate the well wishes!! 🙂
Good luck! Wish I lived closer I think working at Hobby Lobby would be lots of fun!
Well….as long as you love your work…then it is fun. 🙂 Wish you lived closer as well, Patty!
I always enjoyed retail – I like meeting people.
I’m sure you are wonderful with people!!! And customer service seems a lost art these days….so you are in demand, friend!
One of my favorite jobs was being a book buyer at our local Christian bookstore – I think I talked more than worked!! 🙂 You are right though customer service is a lost art, I noticed mainly because they are so overworked – that said a smile can go a long way.
A book buyer…..what an awesome job!! I agree…..more work….less hours. At any cost.
I felt like a kid in a candy store!! I hope your hubby found someone reliable and will be able to take some much needed time off in Jan!
No one yet….. 😦 But thank you!
What a great way to get the word out to a wonderful group of individuals who collectively just might find the right person. Looking back on all the moves I made with government (some I didn’t want to make) always turned out to be a terrific adventure and led to something better. After all, what’s life if we can’t turn it into an adventure.
He has been in need of a co-mgr since the end of August. If recruiting can’t find him someone, then maybe “we” can?!
We have moved many times and always presented it to our boys as an “adventure”….just as you said. Hoping the perfect person is sent this way!
