With every visit to Moore….I am amazed at how far they have come. Bless all who have assisted this year. I am so grateful for every friend and every stranger who helped my parents and the many citizens of Moore.

Dear Paula,
What a remarkable post, and heartwarming, too. Wonderful to see a community come back from such misfortune! The before and after photos were amazing. Best wishes to everyone in Moore!
It warms my heart when I hear stories of people reaching out and helping each other build something out of nothing and restore the ruins to something beautiful again. We have never experienced the disaster of tornadoes where we live, but we have had some pretty horrible firestorms, and watching the community pull together is pretty awesome. Gives you hope in humanity once again.
I agree with you, Becky….it warms the heart to see total strangers willing to do whatever it takes to help. And people continue to volunteer still. Amazing! ♥
Remarkable, and what a difference a year can make, 365 days of healing, hope and so much hard/heart work. You are wonderful to step back and help everyone remember and see the hope of today!! I like you, have I ever mentioned that before? I think you are pretty darn cool!
You like me? You really like me?!?!? (a quote from Sally Fields is so appropriate considering her movie “places in the heart” 🙂 ) I like you too, Bonnie May! ♥
May the town’s tomorrows be safe from such catastrophes. I can see why the community is proud of what it has accomplished in a year.

There are new surprises each time we go back, Naomi. So proud of how everyone there has worked to put their lives back together. ♥ Thank you!
The pictures say it all Paula…there’s a lot to be proud of and thankful for. Bless them all.

Paula, such a contrast and testimony to those who survived it and put the pieces back together again!

Very commendable!
One day at a time….and then it’s a year….
No words need, the pictures say it all. Mans resilience is amazing!
God Bless ❤
It truly is, Maggie. Hope you are doing well. Miss you ♥
