Yes, more and more all the time. And I remember when I first started driving my Dad told me if I ever had the chance to follow a big rig, to do it because they were the best drivers on the road. Times sure have changed. Now I avoid them like the plague.
I must admit when I get caught driving in fog or rain….I still follow the big rigs because I can see their lights! But I hate driving between them or in front of them!
good point. I too tend to look for the big guys when the weather is bad for the same reason. And I KNOW…when one is behind me I get more nervous than had it been a police car. They do intimidate.
