I’m Outta Here ~

Don’t underestimate the value of Doing Nothing, of just going along, listening to all the things you can’t hear, and not bothering.
Winnie the Pooh
Piglet, Pooh’s Little Instruction Book

I made my last-minute dash to the dollar store yesterday to buy snacks.  The cashier said, “Wow, whoever eats all this is gonna be wired!”  Smile….that would be me.  But not all in one sitting, mind you, and I will share!

And now, I think I hear our training a coming………

So I’ll hang the sign that hubby’s barber had up last week when hubby attempted a hair cut.  Though I probably won’t be roping  one never knows, I will be out-of-pocket for a few days.  Ya’ll have a good weekend and week, be nice to others, and hopefully that train will bring us back home…….eventually.

Here are a few older posts in the event you show up here today and are bored. 🙂  Also, blogger friends, please feel free to place a link in the comment area to a favorite “positive or thinker” post that you have done this year!   (or maybe of a trip you’ve loved?)  Can’t wait to check them out!

The Sparrow

The American Dream

Honoring Heroes

Okay….I’m outta here……..I appreciate each and every one of you!  I’ll miss ya ♥

  10. One of my favourite places so far – as much for the place as for the people http://thelocaltravelerns.com/2012/09/24/on-the-road-guysborough/

  11. Interesting, why are the Snickers in a box?
I like the name of the barber shop- do they mean O.K. or are they the only barber shop in OK 😉 It’s not “world famous” or “#1” barber shop? Any/every type of store around NYC makes that claim. As though tourists flock here to try their generic food or shop their ’99 cent outlet’.

    • The Snickers bar is actually in a regular pkg….just turned strang for the pic. As for this little barber shop in Collinsville, OK….It has been in this location (same owner) for 51 years. OK = Oklahoma….and you never go there that there without waiting….so pretty established and busy for this little town! 🙂 Understand though, many places we go to have “world famous”….but not usually for what they claim!
