Hubby was on vacation last week, so we did a lot of running here and there. We ended up at this flea market one morning. We saw folks we knew, met some new ones, and had a lot of fun just reminiscing. Fortunately for us, it was too cold for any fleas!
Hope ya’ll are having a good week. Me? I’ve been playing catch up…all. week. long. Have a great Friday and be nice to people! 😉
I love that old wagon!
Me too! 😉
Some real treasures there.
There was soooo much to see. 😉
What cool finds!
Some great stuff. I’ll have to post pics of what I brought home with me. Just so little time this week! 😉
Help me out here… what is the Wizard in the second photo??
It’s a boat motor built back in the 40’s & 50’s. We bought our kids an old boat twenty years ago and it had this kind of motor with it. Our oldest still has it and it works with a little prompting. 😉
Wow – haven’t been to a flea market in years. I don’t think I’ve even seen an ad for one. What a great reminder of days gone by and what still exists.
Lots of memories to be found at one. It’s a great cold weather getaway! I heard a lot of folks saying, “Grandma had one of these”, etc. And that’s why we like to go♥
The one’s in Miami are pretty commercialized and are really store outlets or train wreck lots of products and no venue for collectors of this or that.
Oh I also love that little wagon! Don’t you enjoy poking through all that junk and being thrilled to find something you just have to buy? I’m happy to hear Hubby had a week off.
It was a wonderful week off. Snow warnings that didn’t come kept us close to home….and we were so good with that for a change!!! I found some goodies I’ll show ya later! 😉 ♥
I have been to some like that as well….but love the old-fashioned “junk” ones when we can find them! Have a great weekend.:)
Saw several things that I have owned in the past–that train case went to many an overnight party and I had a black felt skirt, white blouse, and a red cowgirl hat to go with that pearl handled Annie Oakley six shooter.
Oh I wanna see pics of you dressed up!!! 😉
