An Invasion

We will never again have to worry about being invaded by hot air balloons at our house.

Our furry detectors are the best alarms ever.

  1. Our dog barks at hang gliders. I can relate to this post.

  2. See, it worked. Barking sent those balloons sailing elsewhere. Good girls.

Dogs bark… It’s the nature of the beast.

  4. We have friends under the flight path of a local balloon company and their dog does exactly the same every time one goes over. It’s quite an eerie sound (the balloon, that is) 😉

  5. Great dogs and great shots!

  6. One of those could land near mine and she wouldn’t care unless they had something to eat. A 90 pound Lab and she is scared of gunshots, water, storms, and the dark. A fine guard dog she turned out to be.

  11. Great photos, as always 🙂 And I love your parting words about being nice to people… very true… 🙂

  12. My dog barks at everything ‘aerial’, if you catch my ‘drift’ (oops! Accidental pun :P).
She even warns us of upcoming thunderstorms 🙂
And yes, amazing photos! Loved the hot air balloon photos! 😀
